Tune in to The London Programme: Off the Rails tonight on ITV1 at 19.30 to see Andrew Gilligan investigates the dire state of London?s transport infrastructure and exposes the dangers that we, as commuters, face every time we board a train.
The programme also commissioned the first ever crash simulation of a crowded commuter train that includes standing occupants. This simulation shows that if you are a standing passenger in a 20mph crash you are likely to suffer a serious head injury.
