I've just sat through Len Goodmans rhyme time programme. What a load of rubbish- I'd be embarrassed to appear on it.

I love Len, but I can't watch. We have Channel 110 on TOTP2 Christmas special. That's how bad it is.

I think Lens great but he looks a real twit on his prog.

Trying to decide what to eat - I've had a blood test and got high cholesterol - I think I'm only allowed to eat cardboard !

Oh no. That's no fun for a Saturday night.

I have been asked to go to the nurse for a general MOT including cholesterol check but have been putting it off.

I can't wait to see the nurse ( thisMonday I think ) . She spoke to me on the phone about the blood test results and said to make an appointment to see her so 'we can see about shifting some of that weight' . I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 9 stone there's not a pick of bloody fat on me ! I'm just a skinny streak of pure cholesterol

Do you have to eat the special margarine stuff?

I have changed from butter to low fat spread (yuck) The price of that benecol stuff is extortionate ! I've also changed from full fat to semi skimmed milk and knocked my treat of 5 doughnuts on a Saturday on the head !

That doesn't sound fun.

So what can you have for dinner tonight?

I had a jacket potato and beans for lunch , not sure what to have this evening , apparently carbs are ok so maybe pasta and a tomato type sauce. I miss cheese and creamy sauces.
