Prison Break - T Bag -help! I either have a bad memory or am not concentrating...

DH and I cannot, for the life in us, remember what T-Bag did to the woman who visited him in prison, and whose home he subsequently turned up recently. It would appear he didn't abuse her children as they weren't afraid of him ... can anyone enlighten us please?

I don't think he did anything to her but she found out about his past and grassed him up which resulted in him being caught and jailed.

IIRC he didn't do anything to her, he killed some students (I think) and she found out about it and gave him up to the police.
