Why do I always watch it when I know it makes me cry my eyes out. Is always such a tear jerker. Tonight I really felt sorry for the family and was amazed how strong they all where. I guess you never no how strong you can be untill somthing like that happens.

I’m still sobbing. I told DH I’m making him vet these programmes, I cried all the way through that.

That episode was particularly difficult. My dh is as tough as nails and he was sobbing. I guess we're a similar age to the couple with 3 dcs too and can totally relate to their feelings about their family life being destroyed. I love love love the people who volunteer. They're giving up days of earning to help strangers. I wish I could help people so directly like that. It's a brilliant programme.
