Great stuff!

Maudlinmaud · 06/11/2017 20:17

I can watch it anytime on Netflix but the fact that it's on TV will mean I totally will.
All hail the gentlemen!
Also very excited about detectorists.

Kraggle · 06/11/2017 20:18

Does anyone know when the new series will be on?

sheldonesque · 07/11/2017 00:59

Hello, hello. What's going on? What's all this shouting? We'll have no trouble here.

Yeah I won that. At least I won the mumsnet Grin

Can't wait!!

doodle01 · 07/11/2017 01:08

earlier series were the best

Littlebatcalledlucille · 07/11/2017 01:11

Yay!
I like to think I base my life on Stella
She was right classy!
And the woman who cleaned for Mrs Levinson

YouthsAStuffWillNotEndure · 07/11/2017 17:25

You did it beautifully Tubbs...

League of Gentlemen my favourite comedy series EVER.

When it was first shown we had just got back from years living overseas in a country with censorship, so the glorious dark anarchy of the whole thing was like a shot in the arm!

Can't wait for the new episodes at Christmas!

flamingnoravera · 07/11/2017 22:08

My fave series too. Papa Laz has a special place in my heart as does Mickey love and Pauline. I still find myself asking colleagues what they need computers for if they’ve got pens ...

NeegansWife · 07/11/2017 22:11

Pens are friends.

Rollergirl11 · 07/11/2017 23:40

I can I Can’t.

YouthsAStuffWillNotEndure · 09/11/2017 15:29

Watched the repeat of 1st episode last night, as per OP's alert. Couldn't help myself. Makes me laugh every time when the hearse comes past with BASTARD spelt in flowers a few minutes in.

MadamMinacious · 10/11/2017 20:03

It was a source of endless amusement to OH and myself when we briefly moved to a small village and the shop was absolutely 'a local shop for local people' and that was what we called it.

I'll have to watch.

YouthsAStuffWillNotEndure · 12/11/2017 14:16

Yes MadamMinacious a village we lived in previously also had just such a shop - if you asked for half a dozen eggs the woman would look at you suspiciously and say "I suppose I can let you have three...."

AssignedPerfectAtBirth · 12/11/2017 14:22
