Please recommend me a TV series

Myself and DD (14) have just finished all 3 series of Broadchurch and loved it. We also love Friends, Outnumbered and Death in Paradise. Anything that's a little more 'adult' than those would be considered. Can anyone comment on Modern Family - what's that like?

Pretty Little Liars on Netflix is really good, I’m on season 3 and there are 7 seasons I think. I watch it with DD(12).

Life in pieces has just started on sky, in the vein of Modern Family

DS age 16 and I have just started watching Bounty hunters with Jack Whitehall. Have also watched Fortitude, the killing, The night of, and the Kettering incident (all in now tv.) Bit of violence/weirdness in some of them but great telly.

modern Family was very good until about 2 series ago , the latest series is dire . The Middle is very good .

Jane the Virgin is on Netflix, brilliant escapism, I love it.

I agree with Floral too, The Middle is great.

What about Sherlock? Also the earlier series of Spooks were great.

Not sure if it’s readily available on Netflix, but my absolute fave is Malcolm in the Middle
