I was red.

BitOfFun · 25/10/2017 22:32

Here, can we see you both on this?

The Apprentice week 4
ChippingInLovesTheApprentice · 25/10/2017 22:34

We'll, looking forward to next week! 😊

🙈😂

Caulk · 25/10/2017 22:35

You can see me. This is helped by you knowing what I look like though...

myusernameisnotmyusername · 25/10/2017 22:36

I want Elizabeth to win. She can be a bit bossy and headmistress like but I think she is really being picked on because she is different.

BitOfFun · 25/10/2017 22:38

Ha, I've seen you now 😂. That was the first one DP said- he's clearly quicker off the mark than I am!

childmaintenanceserviceinquiry · 25/10/2017 22:39

I am the 2nd red card in the back row toward the middle. My DC will be so impressed (not!!). Hey mum, your starring role as a red card!! Fun to do once on a free Monday but not sure I want to do it again. My friend wanted to sneak off into Loose Women!

Voice0fReason · 25/10/2017 23:10

I don't understand how the boys got away without having to give a refund!

Glad Elizabeth is still there - she's hilarious, for all the wrong reasons!

SinisterBumFacedCat · 25/10/2017 23:24

Siobhan seems to talk through a clenched fist.

Shows how little I know about business. I really thought the girls would win the week 4 task based on how their event went. If I was offered one canapé, a stingy glass of champers and a song from one of the catering assistants at my VIP event I wouldn’t have been satisfied.

LaContessaDiPlump · 26/10/2017 07:18

Cannot understand how the boys won that!!

I actually quite like Elizabeth; she radiates 'Let's all be normal humans' when in client meetings and the clients all seem to warm to that approach. I can see her being very successful in a business environment that isn't about vanity or massaging egos. She reminds me a bit of my old boss actually Grin

Slartybartfast · 26/10/2017 09:31

Joanna was so sulky, such bad tempered candy floss making Grin

Csd17 · 26/10/2017 12:37

Elizabeth talked to her so rudely in the board room though. Not cool. You know the person I bloody love on that show? The northern woman who wears the jaunty glasses. She is quality.

bonfireheart · 26/10/2017 19:25

Tbf am sure how much you learn about "business" in this programme. Yes the boys might have won but wotsits in paper plates, a karaoke singer, buying expensive drinks at the bar because you under ordered, selling pop corn at random prizes. A real business that did this wouldn't last a few weeks if that!
Knew Elizabeth wouldn't go. None of the three in the boardroom will win but out of them three the lady that went made the least interesting Tv "personality" - and that's what it came down to.

bonfireheart your post is spot on.

👆🏿👆🏿👆🏿👆🏿I agree Grin

WontLetThoseRobotsDefeatMe · 26/10/2017 22:38

I'm just catching up now. I've previously liked Elizabeth but actually she was rude and aggressive this episode - as well as very patronising. Michaela I think is fabulous - she is her, totally not an act I think.

The 'boys' are rather embarrassingly childish.

The 'girls' are embarrassingly petty and u professional.

I did enjoy the candidate who referred to the teams as Boys and Women though!

rumbelina · 27/10/2017 11:32

bonfire - totally agree. DH and I were saying the clients should have to grade/answer questions afterwards so things like 'would you book this again' would count towards final profit not just what they made on the day without a refund being requested. After watching Siobhan on you're fired I liked her a lot more for sticking to her guns.

Voice0fReason · 28/10/2017 21:31

It's an entertainment programme, it's got nothing to do with business.
He'll invest in the business plan he likes the best provided by someone who hasn't made a complete tit of themselves over the preceding weeks.

CloudNinetyNine · 29/10/2017 10:12

Just watched this episode.
I found it odd that they (producers, Sugar) seemed to be trying to imply that one of the guys (don't know any of their names sorry) was a sexist because he said there was more money in men's football.
Sugar: I hear you don't think much of women's game (or whatever he said).
Surely he was just pointing out a fact. Idiots.

Irritating programme but I watch it every week! Grin

Slartybartfast · 02/11/2017 05:47
