Tonight is the night when a hotel regrets anything to do with the massive mistake that they made allowing The Apprentice's contestants to redecorate their rooms. Or perhaps they will charge people extra for the privilege of staying in one of the decorated rooms?

Have you seen the Honest Subtitles for tonight's episode? They are hilarious.

They really have no idea do they. Elizabeth is tv gold though (although I do feel uneasy that they sort of play 'comedy music' when she's doing 'quirky stuff', like the measuring tape debacle. She's being set up as the bungling/clumsy oaf one who would never have fitted in with the cool, trendy girls at school.

OMG both rooms were awful but the boys, what on earth were they thinking when they chose those colours? How do primary colours ever say luxury? And that mood board. It looked like a child's sticking picture.

Elizabeth is hilarious - I'm not sure if she's just there as a joke.

I'm pretty sure it's always been task, results and firing all in one episode? What has definitely changed though is the balance between them. In the early series, it was something like 40 mins of task and 20 mins boardroom, but now over half the episode is boardroom. I would definitely prefer more of the task and less Sralan!

Caught up with this last night and both rooms were awful!
I also prefer more task less boardroom in the episode.

Me too. We would get more than 3 words per minute spoken because Rhod Gilbert talks so.....fucking.............slowly.......

And Dara is about 1000x funnier too.

We painted our 6 YEAR OLD SON'S room those exact colours this summer

And DH said about the golf wallpaper 'it's a windows desktop from 1997'

Loved when they were bartering for the suitcases:

Half the stuff in the boys room you could have got at Tk maxx for a fraction of the price...

Out of interest the 'theme' they were told to do did it have to be a certain type?

Feel I must have missed something. Surely there's a reason they didn't take a small glance at the rest of the hotel and think 'hmm maybe we should do a theme like a Shakespearean or a Tudor toom"

I'm assuming that the rooms they were given were either part of a whole wing slated for refurb anyway. Or demolition.
