He's been a big cultural figure in my life. Obsessed with The Smiths and loved his solo work but cannot forget the racism, which spoils the memories for me really.

The music is still extraordinary though.

Saw a picture of him in the press recently and he's had quite the facelift hasn't he!

His music has honestly been dreadful since he left the Smiths. And that was such a long long time ago. They were amazing. Him on his own? Not so much.

He is a very nasty paranoid human being who treats his crew like shite.
