That police officer is such a bad actor he's really ruining it for me.
And don't the writers realise no one cares who killed Emma.

CoolCarrie · 03/11/2017 19:19

Sorry to be stupid, I must have missed it but how do the police know Emma was murdered and didn't just jump?

bonfireheart · 03/11/2017 19:25

They apprarently have some "evidence" no idea what it was, I've missed a few episodes because it's so tedious and I can't stand that officer.
Now did Doug trust that boy with the fireworks!!

LoveMySituation · 03/11/2017 19:30

Doesn't their 'evidence' consist of there being no suicide note? Beyond bonkers

LoveMySituation · 03/11/2017 19:34

Yes, I hate that policeman too, and I'm fed up of Pete going after whoever the police have in their sights this episode. It's tedious. And does Moira have two completely different sized babies?Grin

I reckon the suicide note was what Adam was reading at the table!

It’s annoying how they are dragging this on now!!

BatteredBreadedOrSouthernFried · 03/11/2017 19:41

I think the post mortem showed she had been in a struggle immediately before she died. It Also showed the scratch marks from a few days previously which will have been from Gabby and her fighting.

I’m kind of hoping Cain, Aaron, Moira, laurel etc are all in on it and know who did what and are all working together to hide the evidence, give false alibis etc. Like a village effort to get rid of the witch Grin

LoveMySituation · 03/11/2017 19:48

Yes, that's what i thought Battered, in years gone by it would be pitchforks at dawn, this is the modern version Grin

LoveMySituation · 03/11/2017 20:00

GrinYour username has made me hungry

BatteredBreadedOrSouthernFried · 03/11/2017 20:08

Grin sorry!

CoolCarrie · 03/11/2017 20:20

Thank you

LoveMySituation · 03/11/2017 20:47

GrinNo worries. I'll have all three pleaseGrin

JaneJeffer · 03/11/2017 21:21

Brilliant fireworks! Well done Gerry Grin I think we can guess what he was inside for then.

Jojoanna · 04/11/2017 07:07

I like the whodunnits storyline , fed up with Robert Lawrence etc and don't care about Rebecca, but I think Lachlan is great . I wish Harriet would never come back.

bonfireheart · 06/11/2017 00:21

Not a spoiler but apparently Ross is getting a big "issue" based storyline of his own soon - and I know how much we all love Ross! No idea what it is but all this MadEmma has made him 'different'. Wonder if he'll be back to his cheeky, trouble making ways soon.

JaneJeffer · 06/11/2017 21:49

TheLegendOfBeans · 06/11/2017 21:56

Good to see Sexiest Female going to Natalie J Robb.

Gives all of us who aren’t in our early twenties —hope— a role model Grin

JaneJeffer · 06/11/2017 22:05

Yes Legend I don't think I'll be winning any awards Grin but it's great that someone who spends most of the programme wearing overalls won!

MrsSteveMcDonald · 07/11/2017 09:32

I'm glad that Moira won, she is beautiful

Eastie77 · 07/11/2017 15:57

Paddy won Funniest Male?Confused

JaneJeffer · 08/11/2017 00:26

He did make me laugh in this scene but I think it was more Danny Miller's reaction I was laughing at Grin

I enjoyed it tonight. It had an old-school Emmerdale feel to it. More people interacting with each other and chatting in the shop and street and everyone congregating at the garage for a bust-up.

Eric was very good and it's nice that they show he still misses Val Sad

I'm totally confused as to what happened Emma before she died.

MusicToMyEars800 · 08/11/2017 20:09

Natalie J Robb who plays Moira is so naturally beautiful, she doesn't need a scrap of make-up!

The man who plays the police officer is just ridiculous, It's so unrealistic, I don't think police in real life would ever behave like he does.

ellenanora5 · 08/11/2017 21:36

I'm glad Moira won, she deserves it, she always looks amazing.

Not impressed with the bribery storyline with Eric, remember it all years ago and it was boring then.

I'm liking Gerry more and more, he has a bit of fun in him.

That whole first half really put Robert in his place, and called his bluff Grin His face ..

squoosh · 09/11/2017 19:20

Bloody hell!

Robert must have some kind of magical cock to make every member of a family fall in love with him and want to bang him senseless.

His wife, her sister, and their father.

It's basically a Yorkshire version of The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover. With pastier skin.
