I'm really glad it's over. worth watching though! but perhaps not if you've recently had a baby and your maternal is turned up to 11.

That's as far as I managed to get as well!

Pixilicious · 18/09/2017 22:56

Watched it last night, bloody hell it made doing my ironing stressful!

squirre1 · 18/09/2017 22:56

Did it get better then?

TheweewitchRoz · 24/09/2017 12:03

How did it end as I couldn't keep watching as found it far too stressful?

abigailgabble · 25/09/2017 08:08

@TheweewitchRoz how far did you get?

spoiler alert the security guard tried to blackmail her with the cctv.... she and he ended up fighting and she threw herself and him off her balcony. Her sister left with niece and baby, police none the wiser. THE BABY WAS FINE

I love finding an unexpected gem tucked away on iPlayer!

Thank you Abigail, I got to where her sister arrived but couldn't cope anymore as dreaded the outcome! Did the police not find out she killed the baby's mum? Was the baby not returned to any blood relative?

abigailgabble · 26/09/2017 10:19

@TheweewitchRoz not that we were shown!

TheweewitchRoz · 26/09/2017 21:08

Oh no, glad I stopped watching when I did!

Slimthistime · 26/09/2017 21:12

I'm glad you shared this because I got bored after about twenty minutes and was annoyed by the lack of realism - like she didn't think she'd be on cctv?! So now I know not to bother finishing it.

JesusTapdancingChrist · 26/09/2017 21:14

I thought it was utterly dire. Total waste of 2 hours (or however long it was).

What was Maxine Peake at agreeing to be in it Confused.

alltheworld · 26/09/2017 21:15

It was brilliant.

TheDodgyShoesOfDrFoster · 28/09/2017 00:50

I thought the entire premise that women who care about their careers, have pristine apartments, and no interest in kids are inhuman monsters who will probably kill a working-class person but then be redeemed and properly feminized by proximity to a baby was the very worst kind of offensive misogynistic stereotypical crap.

But, as ever, Maxine's acting was sublime.
