The surgery scenes were horrendous.

Yes me. She's very engaging.

Mothervulva · 05/09/2017 21:50

Wish she'd let herself heal.

marriednotdead · 05/09/2017 21:51

It looks so painful!

HelenaDove · 06/09/2017 02:22

I purposely gave it a swerve. Because i knew there would be derogatory language being used about loose skin. Ive been living with mine for 13 years since losing 10 stone . Not that bothered about having it removed I see it as part of my bodies history and it shows what i achieved.

But i still dont want to hear derogatory language being used about womens bodies even if its by the women themselves so i gave it a miss.

There was a thread on here by a mum who didn't want/couldn't really afford her dds surgery. This show said it was more like £6000.

I think it looked awfully painful, but it was the right thing for her to do. I liked that her ultimate goal was to look like a cello. I would have said Meryl Streep, not a bloody cello.

RosemaryHoight · 06/09/2017 02:46

And Helena there was horrid language used about skin, weight and a lot of things. Sometimes these shows seem a bit voyeuristic.

Right to give it a swerve imo.

RosemaryHoight · 06/09/2017 02:48

But well done on your weight loss, that is just an amazing achievement.Flowers
