Why do the CCBC presenters always sound like they have a cold?

Two two women in the studio with Hacker. They always sound really bunged up and like they need to blow their nose.

I'm willing to be told it's my TV (although I've not noticed it on anything else) or my stupid hearing bit it's very annoying.

It's probably down to all the coke they are snorting.
