Anybody know how to download Lost?

We used to be able to download Lost series3 on our PC, but now most of the TVdownload pages make you sign up and pay. Any suggestions?

www.peekvid.com has episodes online I think

Not that I do it of course, but you need utorrent or bit torrent, then you go to sites to download the torrent itself and use the program to get it. I'm not really making sense am I?! I'm sure if you ask around, somebody could explain it properly - loads of people use it/them.
