Watching Maigret with Rowan Atkinson.
It's so bad that it's compelling to watch.
Poor man's Poirot, Rowan pensively stares into space with a pipe hanging from his mouth.
English actors playing French characters, speaking English with occasional French accent for Montmartre and names. And the dialogue is so clichéd you could play "lonely maverick detective bingo".
Visually stunning though.
