Big Cook, Little Cook in terrible service shocker!

Poor Gary the Gardener had to wait for 12 hours for his gardener's pickle this lunchtime!!!!!

I wonder about the service in that cafe every time I watch it.

Would I be happy to be the only customer in a cafe where my lunch takes hours (and sometimes days) to arrive......?

Big cook & little cook were presenting a programme on adult telly the other night. Channel 4 or 5 I think it was. They swore & everything

they say abouyt washing their hands dont they? have you cleaned the surfaces? have you washed your hands? All clean and ready to cook!

I'm glad I'm not alone in worrying about the standards of customer service in that place - I've even sat and thought how apoplectic with rage I'd be if I were a customer and discovered the chefs had been having a quick story, watching apples grow etc while I waited. Yes - getting a life might be an option!

I agree. You arrive, don't see anyone (someone peeks at you through a keyhole, but you won't know about that), and there's no menu. Some random period of time from 20 minutes to 12 hours later a serving hatch opens and a plate of something that you didn't ask for, don't want (would anyone really want a random dish just because it has a tengential connection with their occupation) and looks frankly repulsive emerges. Presumably you have to sort out your own cutlery, etc.

And this is "the best cafe in the world"?

LOL LOL LOL People at work think I'm completely mad. Difficult one to explain, really.

Worst one was poor, skinny Snow White. They must have felt she needed a bit of fattening up, because they served her 7 enormous apple and custard pies.
Compare that to the poor folks who get half a cup of sweets.

They did 'celebrities uncensored' on channel5.

DD used to refer to them quite innocently as big cock little cock. Rather apt Never corrected her, lol
