Who has watched The Good Wife through to then end? Do we ever find out what Will's last voicemail was about?

Before Will Died he left Alicia a voicemail but do we ever find out what he wanted to tell her? I'm on season 5, I don't mind any or all spoilers. There was an ep where she kind of explored the ideas of what it might have been about but she doesn't really find out. Anyone know?

Have they put the final series on netflix?

slinkyme · 11/08/2017 23:17

Yes Alicia does find out because Eli confesses. He tells her what Will said. Are you sure you want to know?

slinkyme · 11/08/2017 23:18

Netflix has all the episodes

PeppyPiggy · 11/08/2017 23:19

I mean the voicemail from the episode "last call" the one he leaves her on the day that she dies. Do we find out what he was calling about? I know that Eli had deleted Will's voicemail in the beginning of the show and later confesses. But I'm referring to the voicemail on the day Will died, it wasn't deleted but he never gets the chance to finish what he was saying

Yup. You e reminded me how much I fancied Will, even if he had the biggest nose In the world

PeppyPiggy · 11/08/2017 23:20

Yup all the seasons are on Netflix @Bardo

We don't actually know the reason for his second voicemail made to Alicia on his last day. The creators have said the reason is buried with Will. ((Sobs))

guestofclanmackenzie · 11/08/2017 23:45

When I say second voicemail, I just mean not the first infamous voicemail that Eli deleted during Peter's speech.

Thanks Peppy

I actually cried when Will died.

dingdongdigeridoo · 12/08/2017 13:38

Will dying was the point the show went downhill. However, the storyline was really well done and I think they perfectly captured the horror and shock of losing someone suddenly.

Will was so fanciable! I thought it was just the character, but he was also in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt playing a total douchebag and I still would.

CherryChasingDotMuncher · 12/08/2017 15:09

We don't find out about the final voicemail he sent which I was really disappointed about. However as a PP said when he tells her he loves her at the end of season 1, then Eli deletes the message...he confesses to doing it. Her reaction is incredible!

You should watch The Good Fight, that's very good oncr you've finished The Good Wife

PeppyPiggy · 12/08/2017 18:54

Thank you @GuestofclanMckenzie & @HughLauriesstubble !

Where can you watch the Good Fight? Is it on any streaming service?

BorisTrumpsHair · 12/08/2017 22:15

Will also plays a douche bag in Wet Hot American Summer on Netflix.

OliviaStabler · 15/08/2017 11:23

@dingdongdigeridoo I understand it is being shown on More4 in the UK.

RockyBird · 15/08/2017 11:27

Thanks for that, I'll now resume watching UKS, I'd given up.
