I'm wondering if he's on some kind of medication, possibly for ADD or some something like that. I've known adults who have the condition and he reminds of one or two of them.

Paul is like the (permanently half cut) blokes we used to get in our local pub. I find him so irritating. Worse even than when he was in Celebrity Love Island 10 or more years ago!
