I saw that about the nappy changing....was on room 101...he was putting nappies into Room 101 and said something along lines of because he was a chef and his hands were really important to him etc......Fail to see difference between a stinky nappy and scraping out the gunky bits from crabs etc but maybe he delegates that part out??
