and a question for certified Corrie Freaks only:

Who ever found out about Tracey dropping the date-rape drug into Roy's drink? Dh swears he can't remember it coming out and got very frustrated with her getting away with it but Dreary mentioned it last night in their two-header.

So how and when did it come out and who knows?

Don't know about the date rape thing but did identify with Dreary when she was talking about grounding Tracy for a week and then giving in early because she was getting under her feet during the school hols. God, I'm raising a Tracy

moomin - I think it came out when she had to admit that Amy wasn't Roy's and that they hadn't slept together, and she had drugged him to get him into her bed (for the penny bet)

The lighter thing is really pissing me off!!

I think but really can't remember properly, but i think she mentioned the drug thing to dierdre very flippantly when explaining the whole story.. if i am wrong i apologise but i am sure thats how it happened..

I wonded what Dierdre will do? I reckon she'll lie and get her off. And then Tracey will run off and leave Amy, and dierdre will really regret whats shes done..

She had to admit that she had drugged him because she had said she slept with him but she hadn't really and I can remember hayley saying he couldnt have passed out drunk cos he doesnt drink and she had to come clean..

Was going to start a thread on this very subject.... would you defend your daughter to the maximum. Dreary gave a good reason for doing so.

Oh and for the record, I wasn't going to watch but found it quite gripping. Specially when they said the blood was not on the statue, I couldn't believe that SHE HAD FORGOTTEN to put the blood on there, neither could she by the looks of her.

Brilliant show atm.

Whatever mistakes you've made with your daughter, and however much you love her, etc. etc., would you want your grandchild being brought up by a cold-blooded calculating murderer?

I'd stand by her, if she was my daughter. I really would. BUT i would demand that Amy stayed with me. With or without tracey, but I would not let her take her away..

I know she can be a bit evil, but i dont think she would hurt amy, she does clearly love her, and i think they show that quite well in the show. a very tracey-like love.

I would lie for my child. To prevent them going to prison for years and years? I really think I would.

When is the verdict? I've got gigs 3 nights thid week so thank god for sky plus!!

to OP:

  1. I think she will drop her self in it by way she gives evidence..temper etc...and they seem to have clocked on that the maria affair was trigger to it all..
  2. have sent her a clipper in a jiffy bag special delivery...

what i dont get is when is jason going to spill about video of david and tracey which was destroyed by dreary?? will she go down to join her for perverting course of justice???

oh please dont tell me what happens..am avoiding all tacky tv mags atm so dont spill purlease...i like watching it without knowing..

oh and she had to admit the roy cropper thing was hoax when telling steve that amy was his irrc..

I dont really understand what the lie is exactly?

Or is it just that she wont 'charactar witness' her in a good way cos she knows she did kill him?

Well the vid thing was a cctv film.

David is saying he saw everything and is going to pose as Tracey's star witness in her defence.

It's a lie and he's blackmailing her but in return he's hoping she'll give him his first teenage kicks, so she's being all lovey dovey with him on the qt to keep him sweet and he thinks he's on a promise.

They met at Charlies flat (nothing happened) attached to the builders yard and when they left they were looking rather intimate and Jason saw it on the cctv. He was suspicious and showed Deirdre.

She thought it was v v odd too but didn't want to think the worst, and for a while bought Tracey's story that she was just comforting David cos he's scared of the trial and what he supposedly 'saw'.

Of course since Tracey confessed all the other night, she now knows differently, and it's another example of how devious she is.

AND.... can someone answer. What's this about Tracey having one of Salim's kidneys? I know she did and ecstasy and got into a bad state and needed a kidney transplant, did Salem proffer a kidney then kick the bucket as a result?

I think Salem was beaten up and died and tracy got his kidney because she needed one.

hot cross penguin...you should pay attention at the back!!
when trace needed kidney (esctasy induced hospitalisation) dreary persuaded Samir, the only match...?.... to give a kidney to save her daughter...about 10 minutes in soap time later Samir was attacked near canal, unknown thug types.... and died as he was stabbed in his only remaining kidney irrc..
