We have subscribed to Now TV for a couple of months so we can watch Game of Thrones.

What other TV series are on there that I might enjoy?

Apart from Game of Thrones, I have enjoyed:
most science fiction & post-apocalyptic series
(Defiance, Colony etc)
series with a 'darker' side
(Six Feet Under, Desperate Housewives)
some family drama series
(Parenthood, Brothers & Sisters)
some medical drama series
(ER, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice)
one or two law/politics drama series
(The West Wing, The Good Wife)

I don't usually enjoy period drama set after 1600ish. I rarely enjoy crime drama.

I would be grateful for your recommendations.

Forgot to say that we get Netflix anyway, so I'm looking for things not available on Netflix

We have also just got Now TV and have just started watching 'The Night of'. It is brilliant.

I plan on watching fortitude but dh is not so keen so will watch it after he has gone back to work after paternity leave. Ep1 left enough intrigue for me to want to watch the rest.

The affair
The trip
The following

All worth a watch

Loved fortitude, the 2nd series not as much.

Thank you all.
I've started The Affair. I like the way each episode is told from two different points of view.

I absolutely loved The Tunnel. There's 2 series on Now TV and it's a joint production between the UK and France and is really gripping. Plus it has the guy who played Stannis Baratheon in it playing one of the main characters if you like Game of Thrones, although I had no idea he was in GOT at the time I watched the series!

I second The Night Of. I binge watched in two nights Grin

Nashville! It's kind of trashy, but also a well written, female focused show.
