I know, I'm sad - but I've been rewatching SB on YouTube. Got to episode 350ish and the full length vids aren't there any more! It's taken me 2 years watching (usually when folding washing) to get this far and I still had about 200 left! The YT channel was called Tainted Beach. Anyone out there as sad as me know what's happened or where I can watch the rest?

I used to watch this in the 90s & still remember the ending. And the hot Priest!!!

Oh those storylines went on forever! And the monologues...
I used to love Saturday afternoons watching them.

Oooh yes Father Antonio had just arrived when my viewing had to cease! YY to never ending storylines! Love it - proper comfort viewing and so tongue in cheek! I miss it!!

Oh god I loved sunset beach. I had an accident and ended up housebound for a couple of months - discovering SB was the only saving grace! I loved the Uncle Tobias storyline

I loved Sunset Beach. Watched it while I was in 6th form and had lots of time on my hands.

Lots of 'smell the fart' acting. The craziest storyline? Caitlin's fake pregnancy while her mother was carrying Cole's (Caitlin's husband) baby - Annie stealing baby and giving it to Caitlin!!! It's still not back on YT...aaaggghh!

OMG I loved this. I remember there was some wee baby in it called Falcon or Trey or Regent or some such crap and his 1st birthday party day quite literally went on for 2 weeks' worth of episodes.

My standards are pretty low though. I was rewatching Eldorado on YouTube.

God Cole was fit though I'd love a Sunset Beach rerun

Wow I remember watching this and getting hooked! But then I also watched Eldorado - and there was another crappy one on Channel 5 but I can't remember the name of the soap!

Ooh, I used to love Sunset Beach. But none of the storylines ever got resolved, they just used to drag them on and on.

My favourite one was Meg & Ben (?). They were engaged and Meg was the love of Ben's life until Ben's 'dead' first wife showed up alive and so Meg and Ben couldn't be together anymore and then Ben's evil identical twin brother came to SB and kidnapped Ben! (Or summat). It was like they wrote the scripts on the morning of filming.

Good times.

I loved Sunset Beach! Me and a mate once got a poem read out over the end credits by the Channel 5 announcer. I have never, ever been prouder.

Extra trashy soap points if you watched 'Night and Day' on ITV with a Mcgann brother and the woman from Dempsey and Makepiece.

This was my guilty pleasure at university. Loved the dog talking, the cursed jewels, evil twin Derek and the way everyone talked to themselves to explain the plot!!

Op trying scrolling through CBS drama every now and then. I remover coming across it on tv. I remover watching it but I was too young to understand the story lines.

This thread has reminded me that my mother and I's mutual enjoyment of Sunset Beach got me through a very rough patch in our relationship as a teenager!
