I loved the first series and have just watched the first episode of S2. Cassidy is one of my favourite characters ever.

Are we the only ones symphony? One of the best series I've watched in ages. And think I'm slightly obsessed with Cassidy....

Series 2 got off to a cracking start. I'm desperate to watch the rest but I've got a school thing tonight.

Saving these up but I CAN'T wait.

Just finishing off American Gods series 1. Love a good graphic novel adaptation.

Agree that Cassidy is fantastic.

MASSIVE Cassidy fan here too. I liked Joseph Gilgun in other stuff he's done but Cassidy is his best. Great series so far.

Yes yes and thrice yes to Cassidy. Amusing that none of the 3 leads is actually American. I don't think you could ever tell watching it

I have read the books, DH hasn't. I asked him before this series started if he needed to rewatch season 1 but he assured me he was on top of it. Five minutes into s2;
"😲who's shooting at them?"
"Saint of killers."
"What?!"
"You remember. Cowboy guy in hell. Killed everyone in the town. Angels sent him back to get genesis."
"What? !?!?!"

Aaaand I don't want to be spoiler-y but am wondering if you Cassidy fans have read the books?

I haven't read the books but I can imagine that Cassidy isn't very sympathetic. If he didn't look a bit like Woody I'm sure I wouldn't like him as much.
