I have. What a lovely programme!

It is isn't it and the scenery was fab.

I trained as midwife at the highland college of nursing and midwifery, so am watching this to see if anyone I worked with is in it.

Going to watch this on catch up I think

Loved it, I can't imagine doing a 4hr trip to the hospital in labour tho and then going back again.

I'm about to embark on the path to midwifery training so I'm addicted to any midwife programmes! Loving the scenery too, makes me want to live there

The baby girl, born to the lady who'd had a previous stillbirth (Karen?), was absolutely beautiful. Like a little doll. And such doting parents. Lucky her.

What beautiful scenery

I watched about half an hour of the first programme and got a bit pissed off that they were in campbeltown. Last time i lived there it wasnt in the Highlands.

Can someone tell me if they actually film in the Highlands? You know inverness, wick, ullapool, skye, orkney, shetland, thurso, etc

Well, one of the midwives is based in Tain, I think.

I agree that Argyll isn't the Highlands but it's a lovely programme just the same - and useful in that it shows the problems of pregnancy in remote areas.

Argyll and Bute are coveted by NHS Highland. It is a lovely programme
