i need to know if debbie still owns the old vicarage ? the other night she said she was saving for a house, but i thought she was renting the vicarage to laurel ? Have i missed something ?

well i wondered that but i remember laurel speaking to Cain about renting the house. unless she sold it when she was away. am so confused x

I just googled it was annoying me now too! Debbie left in January last year and sold it to Chrissie in October

Debbie sold things left, right and centre to pay for Sarah's treatment

Laurel did speak to Cain about renting the house because Debbie did own it at that point but then the White's bought it and let laurel stay because of Ashley's condition. What I don't understand is that if Debbie had the money from the house sale and I think she also sold her share of the garage to Chrissie (Cain blackmailed it back?) she needed to do the criminal caper (stupid storyline) that brought her back to pay for the treatment for Sarah.

sorry totally forgot about this ! you're right wormulonian - it doesn't make sense. I remeber her buying the house from some ill gotten gains, so i would have thought there would have been allot of equity in the house and i wouldnt have thought she would have needed to go on another crime spree
