Whoops - sorry I got caught up in something else Blush
Nice ending, but Rob cured so quick ? If it was actually September and not still June I might be convinced

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 17:45

Redshoe, I think it's spring time in Lethbridge
There's lovely blossom on the trees.

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 17:46

But Raahh riding a bicycle is up there with having a child! Well the posterior pain is comparable anyway.

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 17:49

Ex con had a very hirsute husband! We're all overwhelmed with hairyness in our house
One of my ds is rather lovely with his beard and ties his hair up when going anywhere formal. Smile

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 17:50

Yes Raahh, I'm sure 6tl said the tests showed ex con was clean of drugs. I did think, well that's a really quick blood test.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 26/09/2017 19:05

Rob cured so quick

I don't think so - this is to lull us into a false sense of security. He'll be triggered by something and to on a murderous rampage, culminating in a helicopter crashing on the Mill...

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 22:19

Nah mate. Rob ain't yet back to normal, he's gonna ave a crisis innit.

toldmywrath · 26/09/2017 22:21

Time to boldly use modern day language and split my infinitives all at the same time. Grin

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 09:29

My problem with the storylines at the moment is - its still bloody June.
Rob going on a murderous rampage might be good, as long as he targets Eeeesh and Rhuma.
I think it will jump to October - and we just won't know what happened.

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 13:49

Eew I don't think I'm going to like this

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 13:51

Oh dear - encouraging Val to talk about her cancer again

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 13:55

Slippy - I'd expect him to be glued to the bath

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 13:57

Of course 2 staff can just waltz off for the afternoon

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 13:58

I'm getting bored of the bee man - I hope we get a really good WTF moment out of this

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 14:01

Oh maybe the bees could get Eeeeeesh

redshoeblueshoe · 27/09/2017 14:12

Well that was 30 minutes I'll never get back - but tomorrows looks interesting

blamethecat · 27/09/2017 14:23

I quite enjoyed today's! A lovely main story and even Valerie managed not to be too annoying Shock the house was beautiful but I'm a bit concerned about cleaning the sticky honey bath And surely you would need a shower afterwards?

Raahh · 27/09/2017 14:36

I couldn't post today because someone dared to ring me. And dd2 is off Ill and keeps asking what is going on. She is ok, it's her usual 'constipation/can't risk sending her into school they will only ring me anyway' problem. And then they will complain about attendance.Hmm Can't win really. It's a good thing she's so far ahead at school they have nothing to complain about really.

And I had a doctor's appointment myself, that I had to take her along to. So I didn't really say everything I meant to say, because I just wanted to leave. But I got a bonus flu jab. Grin

The bee story line was bizarre.

And you know when Doctors writer are struggling, when they have to dig up old storylines, i.e Val s cancer.

And surely you would need a shower afterwards?

I was wondering this too - surely even a shower wouldn't help - you'd need to scrape it off with something

toldmywrath · 27/09/2017 18:16

I would've preferred the whole thing to be in Japanese today. Might have been interesting then. Talk about boring.

toldmywrath · 27/09/2017 18:18

Is all that bee stuff real? I noticed there were no bees around the hive, just dead things and buzzing sound effects.
Yes, pity eeeeeeesh and 6tl didn't pop round and get stung to death.

JustDanceAddict · 27/09/2017 21:10

Raaah, I sympathise on the constipated DD thing. Mine suffered from it as a younger child - thankfully has grown out of it now. I kept movicol in business for years.

toldmywrath · 27/09/2017 22:47

Does prune juice or apples make any differenceRaahh? Does DD drink plenty of water? I expect you've already thought of everything! Poor DD.

Raahh · 28/09/2017 08:33

just it's horrible, isn't it? She's 7 tomorrow,. I'm hoping she's feeling better for her birthday.
Told we've tried everything, but it's mainly psychological now- she's scared of the pain of 'going' so withholds for ages, which leads to getting constipated, it's a conscious cycle. - And yes, we have cupboards full of movicol. Grin
