Hey Duggee - What's your favourite episode?

First of all DS (18 months old) loves Hey Duggee and he joins in and talks to the programme.

It's got lots of really clear dialogue that's like actual children talking. I'm sure it's helping his speech development.

So fave episode: Probably the hairdressing badge. But there's loads of good ones.

I do also like the fact the crocodile had elephant parents!

My fave tv show by far and my DD is 5

The Tadpole Badge and the Acorn Badge. "Just because it's covered in mud doesn't mean it's organic!" Grin

ArcticMumkey · 19/06/2017 18:16

Can I add another? The Dancing Bug badge "That dawg sure got a handle on things" I don't know why that tickles me do much!

DHLawrence35 · 19/06/2017 18:49

Yes - The Pottery Badge

"I'm at one with the wheel" hahaha

The shape badge is my absolute fave. Also love the food growing badge - happy is utterly adorable in it.

bottomhangingout · 20/06/2017 22:31

The Juice Badge - "do it" !!!

Monkeychops13 · 20/06/2017 22:39

The 'Be Careful' badge. Naughty Monkey!

RiverTam · 20/06/2017 22:40

The Acorn badge. Awesome. 'These farmers markets are soooo expensive. Is it organic? Is it LOCAL???'

ButtfaceMiscreant · 20/06/2017 22:45

I adore Hey Duggee! I quite like the Honey Badge episode, with the Brummy bee controller and the oh-so-British bee pilot "Right-oh". I was far too very excited to see a new series starting last week!

Slightly tempted to get out of bed to watch some now...

MissWimpyDimple · 20/06/2017 22:50

We love the Teddy Bear badge where the bear skips through the meadows with her new home made teddy bear. We now use the song from that to denote anything which seems to fit together.

I'm not explaining that very well 😝

BelafonteRavenclaw · 20/06/2017 22:51

I was also going to say the submarine one because of the Life Aquatic reference. (A nod to my username) And the fact the Dad gets a twitchy eye when stressed.

Littlepig8834 · 20/06/2017 22:59

Another Tadpole Badge fan here. Also love the Superhero Badge and I hope 'STEPHEN' is a nod to Adam and Joe.

The Decorating Badge is also a good one, I like Tino the artistic mouse.

Hey Duggee is my fave CBeebies show, and thankfully my DD loves it too. I'm attempting a Hey Duggee cake for her birthday.

blueandgreendots · 22/06/2017 22:57

Yes littlepig, I thought of Adam and Joe with the Stephen reference too, the makers must be fans. I'll have to tweet Dr Buckles to see if he knows about it Grin.

The new episodes are great; it's so funny and well made

Sandcastle one with the gay crabs! Or the rain dance one. The tune gets stuck in my head for hours after seeing it.

There's a very recent one, the River Badge, which has a spoof of Apocalypse Now. Genius.

bookworm14 · 23/06/2017 12:50

Oh and the Jam Badge with the Super Mario/Donkey Kong references!

glitterglitters · 23/06/2017 12:55

@ewanthedreamsheep I love the shape badge. It's SO TENSE. Like an episode of 24.

LlamasSitOnPyjamas · 24/06/2017 08:44

Love the whistling badge, would watch it before work and have the tune going round my head all day! Also like Roly in the tidy up badge "Um excuse me, what is tidying up?!"

DHLawrence35 · 16/07/2017 08:34

Just watched the river badge. The biscuit eating panda sounds like Adele (speaking voice). Hilarious!
