Lots of the other juries have voted for neighbours. I think it was different last year, though I may be wrong. Only 50% of the total vote though.

I will be very meh if he wins. I am just not seeing it. I know he had heart surgery recently, maybe that tugged on heartstrings or maybe people see more in the song than I do.
