I've been watching grace and frankie and am in love with their beach house.

Another one for Noah and Helen's house in The Affair.
Chris Cagney's apartment in Cagney and Lacey.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 28/04/2017 13:51

Kim Cattrell's house in Witness for the Prosecution
Caroline Fleming's house in Ladies of London
Southfork

Downton Abbey. I may consider the Durrell house as my holiday home but only if it comes with a lot of land. I have my standards, you know.

HotelEuphoria · 28/04/2017 13:58

The house that Nick and Juliet live in on the Grimm. I would like it even more if I had Nick to come home to every night too,

Iris65 · 28/04/2017 15:32

Of course! The Starship Enterprise from Star Trek Next Generation! 😀

Kintan · 28/04/2017 15:37

Niles Crane's apartment!

bebox · 28/04/2017 16:38

Emma's house in Doctors, it's very sociable.

Strummerville · 28/04/2017 18:58

The Starship Enterprise from Star Trek Next Generation!

I would find this a bit sterile, but it'd be worth it for the holodecks! (Although they do seem to malfunction and try to kill the users rather more than one would like Shock)

Crisscrosscranky · 28/04/2017 19:02

Another vote for the Duncan house in Good Luck Charlie.

We have a massive chalkboard larder door in our kitchen thanks to that show Blushit never looks as neat or call as theirs though

GraceGrape · 28/04/2017 19:02

Yes, the Southfork Ranch would suit me. Or Dawson's house from Dawson's Creek (without Dawson's big head in it, of course).

NoncommittalToSparkleMotion · 28/04/2017 19:06

I was going to say Grace and Frankie's house too!

Or the Addams Family house. For Halloween.

WesternMeadowlark · 28/04/2017 19:15

Yes to the Vicar of Dibley's cottage and Downton Abbey.

I always loved Tony's house from I Dream Of Jeannie, too; it had that spacious 1960's American suburbia vibe and I love a little bit of kitsch!

AvengingGerbil · 28/04/2017 19:24

Inspector Montalbano's apartment on the beach in Sicily.

SnickersWasAHorse · 28/04/2017 19:27

I agree with everything IonaMumsnet said. I love Pam and Mick's house but not because I want to live there. More because it feels so welcoming.

Ihearthickson · 28/04/2017 19:38

Miss Marple's cottage in St Mary Mead (Joan Hickson version)

MusicToMyEars800 · 29/04/2017 12:27

The Durrells house and The cottage in the film The Holiday, I think the character that lives in it is called Iris?

MusicToMyEars800 · 29/04/2017 12:28

I also love Amanda's ( Cameron Diaz ) house in that film too.

morningtoncrescent62 · 29/04/2017 13:41

When I was small, I thought there was nothing more glam than a tower block. So I wanted to live in Mary, Mungo and Midge's council flat.

I lived in it! Mary, Mungo and Midge was the highlight of my week - when the intro question 'Do you live in a town?' was asked, me and my sister always shouted 'Yes!' at the telly.

Me, I wanted to live in Chigley and go to the six o'clock whistle dancing at the bandstand every day.

Nolan's house in Revenge perhaps.

porterwine · 29/04/2017 16:42

I always loved Susan's in Desperate Housewives. It was a good size but so cosy!
Also Jules' in Cougar Town if anyone watched that.

SleeptightDaisy · 02/05/2017 22:47

The cbeebies teacup travels house and garden.
