Im sceptical. Surely this is all people who have made masses of equity on moving out if London or inheritances?

I overpay a little each month. It just makes sense in case there is some sort of issue and one of us loses our job.
I think it is sensible to have money for a rainy day. I cannot stomach spending money or expensive cars nor holidays until I have very little left to pay.

My DH loved the title of this and said he'd be very happy to live mortgage free with Sarah Beeney as long as she didn't bring her husband and kids Cheeky sod. completely misses point of thread.

I'm late to to as I'm watching on catch up. It's really annoying me although I will continue to watch

None of these people have small children so far.

Oh except the nice couple who shopped in Aldi etc and overpaid the mortgage.

Nobody is worrying about preparing formula, nappy changes.... school catchment areas.

They're basically glorified gypsies roaming the land.

The prefab building looked nice, but land purchase and sorting amenities won't come free.
