ITV Hub freezes!

Been trying to watch my programmes on ITV Hub but it only shows me the ads and then I get to see the dreaded 6 dots scroll by endlessly. I've tried three different browsers plus the ipad. Any advice?

Has it righted itself now?
I've been watching itv hub, latest judge rinder, on my iPad, BT Internet, no probs at all.
