HOW DO YOU FIND OUT YOUR NEW VIRGIN MEDIA 4-DIGIT PASSWORD????

I need to get into virgin media's channels, but all need a 4-digit password to watch. Where do you find this out?

well, I just emailed virgin media direct...
so lets see what they say.

There is no info regarding that passcode ANYWHERE!!!!!!

I rang them up (150 from a Virgin telephone).

They reset me a new code.

we arent on virgin phone.....

actually we are...it was ntl duh...
