Agree that the Cain/Harriet thing just doesn't work. Her hair is awful - no style to it and it's two different colours.

The wedding bit with Pete and Layla both simultaneously climbing out of the window was pantomime rubbish. How gullible is Leyla? Seeing Priya and Pete together in the hotel room and actually believing their story.

I hate when they do a so-called comedy competition style storyline such as Jimmy and Dan at the moment. It's all that's left for the non-characters of Nicola and Jimmy these days.

If they do have a cull, there would be about 5 decent characters left.

Hmm....maybe that was a bit on the generous side if you consider those "actors" who can actually act!

Maybe Leyla has twigged about Pete and Priya she looked pretty shocked and quizzical when she entered the room. Perhaps she is keeping her powder dry??

Priya really has no self respect - Pete treats her like trash.

Pete's a twat. He's got nothing about him. Cain or Ross could treat a girl like shit and get away with it, but Pete?!! Not a chance. It doesn't even sit with his wet personality anyway. Jimmy you can imagine stringing someone along coz he's just too scared to cause a scene, but Pete? I just can't see it happening for ANY reason.

Harriet's hair is dreadful. It used to quite suit her when she had a neat bob. Not sure why she changed it.

I hope Laurence goes quickly. Can't stand his shouty-ness. That's not acting. In fact I'd almost forgotten he was in it - couple of days without him and it's like he was never there. Really pointless character. The only interesting things they did were when he first arrived and the discussions with Edna, and then the couple of occasions when they implied Robert had originally got the job by leading him on before ending up with the daughter. The rest of the time he's added NOTHING!

I liked seeing him with Ronnie but now I feel the character's run it's course.

I thought the scene with Rhona and Cain was amusing, knowing they're a couple in real life.

Tonight's episode was the absolute pits!

It's really irritating me at the moment, it seems that after doing so well the last couple of years they have stopped trying and think it doesn't matter anymore.

Pete and Priya is ridiculous, mind you it's no secret that I can't stand Pete, he's bloody useless, he's acting is awful and he's such a drip that I find it hard to believe anyone would fancy him, he's even made Marlon go up in my estimation and thats saying something because he's always been drippy1 as far as I'm concerned.

And now Dan's brother is back, I thought he was in the army and he was blamed for Dan's son being paralysed (never mentioned again of course) so now he's homeless and within a week he'll have a comfy place to live and a job and probably save someone's life (a small child) so he'll be a hero and engaged to Leyla/Vanessa/Priya/Charity or Debbie by the end of September

I love it really but it needs to get better, or have less episodes per week

Absolute pile of shite that was. The race with Jimmy and Dan was as funny as having a hole in the head.

I watch it just to see the latest style Pete is using to hide his badly receding hairline. I can't stand Priya. Her and Rakesh were the dullest couple ever and now she's even more dull with Pete.

I'm voting for the lamb in the Inside Soap Awards.

I've just caught up.. if I was Leyla I would murder Priya with my bare hands. That is all!

I hate that they've put the Emma storyline on the back burner yet again. It's the only one I'm really interested in. So now Finn knows she's a nutter but he's not going to say anything?!

And as if averagely attractive and as dull as ditchwater Pete could bag two lookers like Priya and Leila!

The prospects at Emmerdale are all dull. Evil Robert, immature Adam, chancer Ross, tedious Paddy, snivelling Marlon. The only two nicer lads are both gay. Compared to the others Pete is actually quite a catch- although I have soft spot for Ross!

Ross is hot.

Paddy - not hot.

Freezing in fact.

If I had to choose it would have to be Robin of Sherwood for me, none of the others appeal. But they have all been round the block a bit TBF. Need some new men in it.

I really like Paddy. But only as a friend.

I would totally bang Ross.

Ps: as well as fact this is a blatant placemark as I'm returning to the UK soon and v glad I've managed to emigrate, fuck it all up and re-emigrate back to the UK all before the Emmerdale writers have wrapped the Emma storyline.

Think I may have also potentially birthed two children in that time as well but I'll need to check

I read a character called Daz was appearing and thought that was the name of Andy's younger brother, didn't realize it was Dan's.

I assume he will end up sleeping with Kerry. Yawn.

Yeah, they used the same name for both. I'd completely forgotten about Dan's dodgy brother. Why can't they bring back Amy instead?!! Surely they should have at least had a discussion about it once grandma lady got friendly again and let Cain and Kerry both look after the little boy (name escapes me, been so long since we saw him). It's crazy they never mention the possibility of her returning.

Talking of which, why has Robert stopped trying to get hold of Andy? He also doesn't need to be on the run any more.
