And Katy's poor mother Sian - clear insinuation she died escaping Balakrishnan. Where were Sian's parents In this I wonder? Also wonder why no stronger bond been Sian and Katy.

I watched this as it happened to be on. Quite incredible to believe the hold AB had on the women and continued with Josie.

Katy and Aisha said he actively discouraged cuddling of Katy when she was a baby plus Sian seemed to advocate his crackpot ideas most strongly. ....prob why there was not a strong bond between mother and daughter. In fact Katy said it was a relief when her mother died.

I was impressed that both women are living their lives outside of the cult. Hope Katy succeeds at college.

Agree hesterton Katy is basically like an orphan with no family no previous friends and starting from 2013 onwards. How difficult for her! Guess would be more socialising to have a DH and kids as then she could 'start family life' again

I found her amazing after what she went through. Basically brought up with no love or cuddles or basic care...
