Idris Elba starts to feel pangs of self-doubt as he continues his quest to become a professional kick-boxer. The second episode of this raw, honest series sees him trying to combine his punishing training with filming a movie in South Africa, and includes a sparring session with former heavyweight boxer, Francois Botha. I am only on episode 1. Has anyone else watched it? It is absolutely fab. I mean I do not really care about kickboxing, but I love listening to Idris's internal monologue, while his mate from Luther (Warren) is laughing his head off at how bad Idris is.
He look genuinely scared in Japan when they want to teach him to endure pain...
And he has a super cute baby.
