Doctors - what's the story with Greg / Ronnie / dead prisoner (Carter?)

Haven't really seen this much as on half-term - could anyone elaborate for me please - I'm a bit confused!!

The story is Michelle treated some girls working in a brothel that Carter was doing. Carter threatened Michelle who reportd the brothel and Carter to the Police. The police arrested Carter and released him on bail. Roonie is representing Carter and Greg is the poloce Doctor. Carter went missing and turned up at Ronnie's who reported him to the polce over things said by Carter and the reactions he was getting from him. The police put Carter in the cells but he was having medical problems due to diabetes. Greg treated him once, but later had to treat him again. A few minutes later Carter collapses on the floor and dies. Now there is an investigation into his death by the police.
