I mean Grin

SinisterBumFacedCat · 16/01/2017 23:58

Calllum is blandly handsome, (blandsome?) the sort of bloke you pretend to have a crush on, while you actually fancy someone a bit weird

MiddleClassProblem · 17/01/2017 00:00

I think he's good looking but his sleazy past and irritating accent takes it away.

RockyBird · 17/01/2017 00:09

Calum looks more like an Andy or Dean from accounts that the needy girl will shag at the office Xmas party and have a thing for him even though he has a girlfriend he lives with. Not that good looking but infinitely better looking than most of the fat old blokes who also work there.

SoleBizzz · 17/01/2017 00:11

i admit i think callum is very easy on the eye but them big gold rings he wears.chavtastic Grin

i thought angie meant nicola and jamie at first but wasnt it Bianca he snogged when he went over to her bed in the dark

vjg13 · 17/01/2017 09:30

Calum's slightly grubby look is part of his attraction, in a overly tattooed Don Drapper kind of way. Don't like the rings though.

MrsJayy · 17/01/2017 10:12

I like blandsome Grin Jude law is also Blandsome

AnotherTimeMaybe · 17/01/2017 10:15

Dear God Calum is goooooorgeous!!
But what a rotten attitude man- really disgusting how he leads women on (Chloe/Jessica) and then turns them down

He'd never do anything with them why does he lead them on

Loved how Chloe went to kiss him yesterday- bless her soul.... Really???

MsGameandWatch · 17/01/2017 10:39

I don't think he does lead them on. I think he's just perfected the art of getting what he wants out of them without promising them anything. I also think he's quite kind actually in that he gives attention to the ones that have absolutely no chance whatsoever. We'd have plenty to say about him if he was only being nice to the pretty ones. He's the same with all of them, even Colleen. I quite like him.

MiddleClassProblem · 17/01/2017 10:42

I think he's unintentionally leading them on and like he said he's a people pleaser. I don't think he's figured out how to reject people with out them getting upset so does this.

AnotherTimeMaybe · 17/01/2017 10:43

MsGame your take on is interesting
Didn't think of it like this and I hear you but have to say didn't like how he let Chloe sit on him. She's too naive she immediately thought she has a chance

If I didn't fancy him bloody hell I do!! I wouldn't ask him to sit on him. See what I mean?

AnotherTimeMaybe · 17/01/2017 10:45

middle yes good explanation

Otherwise doesn't explain how all girls there actually think thy have a chance

One thing I don't get, is Jessica playing up or is she actually fighting over him?

MiddleClassProblem · 17/01/2017 10:53

I think it's fine with Colleen as she knows it is what it is but Chloe, even if she knows somewhere in there she doesn't have a chance, he gives her hope and she's a young 21. More like 16.

MsGameandWatch · 17/01/2017 11:08

But what should he have done, shoved her off, told her not to? I think an outright rejection like that would have been far worse for her. I also think she's extremely immature for her age. I've watched her on GS as well and she doesn't take rejection well - a giant toddler who's not allowed the toy she wants springs to mind.

MiddleClassProblem · 17/01/2017 11:33

Not said about putting her to bed, not let her kiss him on the lips although he rectified it the second. I don't think he's being bad, just that he's just not sure how to handle it without upsetting her.

I think Jessica liked him day 1 she went in. I thought they even had chemistry but it might have just been him being polite.

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 17/01/2017 11:55

No Sole, only James C pour moi....
I'm inviting him out for a Magnum and Pussy pop when he is evicted

There aren't many places you could get away with saying something like that Scoop Grin thanks for the genuine laugh out loud moment there.

I'm keeping up with what's occuring Wink via the PWBs. Nice to see so many new PWBs too the membership numbers are going to be off the scale hey Sole Last night I watched First Dates Hotel, started a new thread for it Anne It was very pleasant and easy on the eye.

MsGameandWatch · 17/01/2017 11:55

I just don't think it can be laid on him, I really don't. I honestly think he kissed her to be polite, he didn't want to make her look silly or hurt her feelings. He certainly wasn't feeling it, it was obvious he wasn't into it. And I really think it's infantilising her to say that everyone else has to be responsible for making sure she doesn't go too far. He doesn't know her either, doesn't know how intense and OTT she is, he really is just treating her the same way he treats all the other women in there. I suspect though that after last nights argument where Stacy told Chloe she had no chance (I really warmed to Stacy at that point 😄) that he will be more careful how he deals with her.

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 17/01/2017 11:57

I keep forgetting we can do @ mentions now @AnneEyhtMeyer and @Only1scoop

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 17/01/2017 11:57

You do that and it bolds automatically. If you have notifications turned on I think you get word that someone's mentioned you? Does it work?

MiddleClassProblem · 17/01/2017 12:08

MsGameandWatch I'm def not saying his responsibility, I've said he just doesn't want to upset her and is just being polite but can see why she (with her personality) is getting the wrong end of the stick.

Obviously she shouldn't be throwing herself at him and assuming her wants her. If genders were swapped she'd be out the house. I just see him as the adult and how you handle a situation like that is what I'm analysing

Only1scoop · 17/01/2017 12:26

En I've been notified I've been mentioned....
Is it like a PWB OBE??Grin
