Outnumbered Boxing Day

Just watched Outnumbered and didn't think much of it.

I thought it was really funny. Karen was great.

I liked it!

I do have a soft spot for Outnumbered though, our kids are similar ages and we do have our very own (nightmare) child like Ben. And my kids find it hilarious to compare me to Susan

I did genuinely find it quite funny though

Trump/Brexit/mike Ashley refs date it. Lazy writing.

Always loved Ben and still do - a huge young man and a philosopher! Do regret his lovely hair though.

Andy Hamilton always writes very time-specific references in his comedy; it's his "thing". Doesn't stop the repeats being funny - London Live are showing Drop The Dead Donkey from the 1990s at the moment and it's holding up pretty well though it was always broad and stagy.

Yes Rita AH is a great writer, Outnumbered really bears rewatching, some don't, like My Family but i didn't like that when I watched it for the first time.

I enjoyed it - but it didn't make me laugh out loud like the earlier episodes did.

It was dire!

The actor who plays Ben is a big rugby player.
I liked it, but the oldies were the best eps.

I really liked it. It was funny and well acted. I loved "just remembered about Trump". The kids aren't cute anymore, but it was still good.

It was ok. I didn't realise the original series were mostly improvised.
