I've never seen her on x factor is her voice usually this sleepy?

She sounds incredibly flat and expressionless doesn't she? She never seemed to relax and I felt as if the make-up lady was hovering out of shot the whole time. All quite affected and I hated ( but found it ironic) how she admired the 'toughness' and romanticised the Northern hard man/woman. Interesting stories and to have that photo of her ancestor who was a captain was amazing - when she said she'd like to have it I thought they'd better check her handbag on the way out! I think she's had a bit too much Botox - I wish she could have dropped her guard a bit and engaged properly with the experts and archivists but I guess she inhabits a world where her appearance is pretty much all that matters.
