I've been enjoying outlander. Trying to spot bits that were filmed near us.

Another one for The Americans!

Nobody has mentioned Flesh & Bone, about a ballet dancer who goes to NY to dance with a new company and to get away from abusive father & brother. I don't know how authentic it was but all the dancers are professional ballet dancers so it does look real to me. Very intense and not as romantic as ballet would suggest.

Outlander annoyed me when Claire said she was 27. The character looks in her mid 30s and googling her she was about 35 when it was filmed. Why not just say she is 35? It doesn't have to follow the book exactly. It annoys me when they won't let actresses play women their own age.
It also didn't make sense as she and Jamie look the same age so having him say "I thought you were the same age as me" is nonsense when she doesn't look much older and is only 1 year older than him.
