I was thinking of buying the Charlotte Crosby 3 minute abs dvd through Sky Store as I am thinking it will be easier to have it on my planner than putting in dvd player etc. Can anyone who has purchased it though Sky Store tell me know it displays in your planner? Does it run as one continuous programme or does it download in sections so you can select a segment rather than having to fast forward? Thanks in advance.
