I think we could definitely pitch the idea to the Beeb- a character cross-over. It would probably be quite a cheap deal.

He could go across time, sampling real ale. Probably best he take Jimmi him, to keep the tardis tidy and do the running .

Meanwhile, Peter Capaldi could so a stint at the Mill. Although no-one would miss Al or Jimmi, with the timey-wimey stuff. And the fact there are no patients.

I might be wrong, but I'm sure Al was a slitheen in Doctor Who? Could have been the Sarah Jane Adventures. I'm sure we looked him up when he first started on Doctors (can't remember why)

I have missed this week so far as Monday was Mr Blames birthday and yesterday he had a hospital appointment [roll] Hopefully I can watch at lunch today though.

I don't really understand Gobbyplod's problem with long term fostering- it's not that his mother doesn't want to see him ever again, or that they can't see each other ever again , surely? They aren't adopting him.

They are a bit obsessed with God/religion at the moment. Maybe if they had bumped into Jimmi at the start they could have found a new recruit, the man would n't have kidnapped her and he wouldn't have tried to top himself. It has been a while since a kidnapping though.

I can't stand Brem- and I know it's her mother and all, but Eeeessh really needs to get rid of her. She's a nightmare. And she must realise she can't stay with Tyler (who I don't like either).

Not watched today's yet but I have just seen Wednesday's episode. I can heartily recommend Jersey Boys, went to see it last year. A bit sweary but the songs are fab. Even my DH enjoyed it!
