I cancelled our NOW TV Entertainment package (only £6.99 a month but only watched latest Game of Thrones on there) in late June, checked my statement and they have continued to take the monthly fee. I’ve just logged in and it’s saying my pass is still active – when I know I cancelled it as soon as soon as GoT series 6 ended and have the confirmation email from NOW TV to say “it’s bye for now...”. I’ll try and call them today, wondered if anyone else has had billing issues with NOW TV? The card I used was a rarely used credit card aswell, which has now resulted in late payment fees on top! My own fault for not checking the payment had definitely stopped coming out sooner, c’est la vie...
