Any recommendations for normal tv now my Sky has gone?

I have the BBC channels, Itv channels , Five Channels and Film Four.
Anything good on any of them in the evning?9-11 ish?

I've watched that before will add it on my Sky.One of the lads at work recommended Supernatural and I like Shameless so thats some more.
