Can anyone explain why Mark has a London accent when he has spent all his life and been educated in Florida?

Am I missing something?

The folks at EE are putting it down to the fact that he was educated in a British school.

Ah, I must have missed that remark on the programme. And he never mixed with any kids in the neighbourhood or anyone else outside of that school? Do they even have British schools in Florida?

Remember when VICKY came back? She had a really fake American accent and everyone laughed at it, then suddenly she didn't have the accent anymore, am thinking probably she taught Mark to speak English
