Anyone else been waiting for this? It must be coming on soon as I've seen a trailer and JD was on the one show talking about it.

I can't wait for this to come back. I haven't seen or heard anything about a date or even the trailer but me and dp were saying today that it must be due back soon. It's one of the few things we actually watch together.

oh i cant wait for this, but can someone remind how series 2 ended.
i thought he was killed but then there wouldnt be another series, did the police shoot him, i can remember him being injured lying on the ground by a police car. help please

It ended with him being held in her arms after being shot with her shouting 'we're losing him!' But I guess he gets saved, the other young policeman who she shagged also got shot and I think he's back in it so looks like he survives too? Haven't seen a date yet but saw something suggesting that they may put it on late autumn as its more of a dark Autumn/winter feel to the programme.
