I don't think Heavy D has any learning difficulties at all - he's just not very bright.

There is something a bit vulnerable about Colin / Heavy D. I think he is better off out of there.

I think he's nasty & mean (as evidenced by his 'ownership' & treatment of Chloe) but I really don't see any vulnerability (at least no more than anyone else).
