I guess she's been busy with the new Cold Feet thing? Agree, she was the best character but perhaps some of the others will develop now probably not Jack ?

They should have just waited till she wasn't busy! Unless she wanted to leave, I suppose.
Jack is the weakest in terms of acting, I think.

Oh dear, oh dear - Jack is really getting on my nerves now. He used to be a bit of a maverick whose unorthodox approach sometimes paid off. Now he's got his own agenda, jeopardising the investigations and generally being an arse. I can't understand why his boss is being so lenient and understanding - I'd have booted him out as soon as I learned about his daughter.

Cracking double ep finale last night! Very gripping!

Yes, those last two episodes really got going; I almost managed to overlook Jack and his annoying ways! Have to admit, though, that I thought that it was Joseph who committed suicide in the cells until they were actually charging Drummond. I was surprised that Mo was almost as bad as Drummond made out.
