DH is very happy. Ds is 8 and according to DH, the perfect age to start watching Robot Wars. DH is currently pootling about in the garage, looks like he's making space. I sense a "project" coming on. DH is a very, very happy man right now.

My 16yo ds has been looking forward to this for ages, he just about remembers the first series and loved last week's episode.

I hear Channel 5 has bought the next series of the American version Battle Bots which has a few of the same teams but with different machines.

Twenty minutes...

My son is obsessed! I'm so pleased- I didn't care what but I wanted him to be excited by something- most things seem to be nonplus reaction and finally there is something which generates a spark!

Loving this! I don't really remember the old series much but have been really enjoying this series.
