So why did Tracey kill Charlie? I saw how she did it and all the lead up but haven't quite sussed out what her motive was.

Basically because he couldn't keep it in his trousers. He was having it off with Maria the hairdresser, and also had a couple of one night stands, which he flaunted to Tracy to wind her up. Rather than just dump him and have nothing more to do with him, like any normal woman, Tracy, being the mad bitch that she is, decided that only the ultimate revenge would do, and he would pay with his life.
